BALLET FOR KIDS ( AGES 3 TO 9 )

Ballet classes are designed for kids who just love to dance. Your children will enjoy age-appropriate ballet dancing activities to help them engage through dance, music and imagination. This is a great class for having fun and learning discipline while making friends along the way.

HIPHOP ( AGES 6 TO 13 )

Basic street dance from beginners-imtermediate-adavanced depending on how well the student/students pick up the choreographies

MODERN

  • Combination of styles including Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary. We work on technique and stretching as well as learning expressive routines.

HIGH HEELS

  • This ladies only class is a fun and safe environment for students to express themselves and release their inner sass. Students will learn to feel comfortable¬† and secure dancing in heels, starting with the basics such as walking and turning.

BALLET JAZZ

  • This is a perfect class for those getting started in ballet or restarting again after a while!
    This class will focus on alignment, technique, coordination and movement quality.
    These classes are a great way to keep fit and improve posture and flexibility.

ORIENTAL DANCE

  • Strengthening the oblique muscles, core training, breathing techniques through
    Choreography of Belly dancing.

LADIES STYLING

  • Focus on technique, arm and body movement to be more feminine
