DANCE AND FITNESS
BALLET FOR KIDS ( AGES 3 TO 9 )
Ballet classes are designed for kids who just love to dance. Your children will enjoy age-appropriate ballet dancing activities to help them engage through dance, music and imagination. This is a great class for having fun and learning discipline while making friends along the way.
HIPHOP ( AGES 6 TO 13 )
Basic street dance from beginners-imtermediate-adavanced depending on how well the student/students pick up the choreographies
- Combination of styles including Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary. We work on technique and stretching as well as learning expressive routines.
- This ladies only class is a fun and safe environment for students to express themselves and release their inner sass. Students will learn to feel comfortable and secure dancing in heels, starting with the basics such as walking and turning.
- This is a perfect class for those getting started in ballet or restarting again after a while!
This class will focus on alignment, technique, coordination and movement quality.
These classes are a great way to keep fit and improve posture and flexibility.
